Clean room and nice breakfast choices. Convenient location close to public transportation and shopping.

Poor customer service with staff not willing to go above and beyond, just the bare minimum. Room had a musty smell and was very outdated.

I had a wonderful trip staying at this hotel near the central park. The location was great, being close to the MRT station made it really convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with two separate beds. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with a good variety of tasty food to choose from. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the Jacuzzi which we loved. We also appreciated the 24-hour snack bar which was awesome! Spent my Christmas holidays in a value, for, money hotel and had a great experience. the newly renovated room was stylish and spacious enough for two persons with comfortable bedding, free minibar, and modern in, room desktop. the hotel's location is unbeatable , only a few minutes' walk to the subway and a nearby department store, and it's adjacent to Zhonghua Road with excellent soundproofing effect. I enjoyed their surprisingly delicious buffet breakfast and 24, hour snacks, which was a nice touch.

The receptionist's customer service could improve a little bit, and they have porn channels available on the TV, which may not be suitable for some families. the hotel's stroller and wheelchair accessibility wasn't great due to the few steps you need to climb to get to the elevator.
